You agree that CoreAuraLogix shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Accounts that are either Monthly by subscription or retainer. Your account will be charged in 30 days unless there are only 28th days in the time period. You may cancel at any time but if subscribed cancel with in 2 days of your auto payment. If accounts not canceled then they will be charged. There will no refunds.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina,without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina.

CoreAuraLogix may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website.
